We had a great 2nd week at Perth Home Grown last Sunday…it was a beautiful 28 degrees with plenty of people out & about enjoying the city shopping, eating & meeting friends. With great fresh produce, delicious gourmet specially foods & a unique array of hand-crafted gifts there was something for everyone. Each week we have new stalls joining us to add to the mix on offer – always fresh & always WA home grown goodness. With our home grown products ranging from freshly picked artichokes to tasty new season plums, unique artworks to soy candles, hand made preserves to farm fresh eggs & garlic, you’re sure to find something for everyone. This week we have all things sweet with honey & honey products joining us, home-made mince pies, decorated Christmas cakes, French macaroons, organic beef, chicken & turkey just in time for Christmas as well as a truckload of seasonal fruit from the WA Hills…there’s plenty to eat as you stroll through the market with freshly squeezed juice, old-fashioned lemonade, amazing flavoured icy poles, plenty of Sunday brunch & lunch dishes all accompanied by local home grown talent with the lovely Natasha Shanks from 11.30am  & then at 1.30pm Murara drums arrive with their interactive drumming circle – come & join in the fun – from 11am – 4pm in Forrest Place. Weekly every Sunday in the city.
